THE SYSTEM IS WORKING IN BOSOMTWE

SHE Achieve Afrika and Plan International Ghana are providing life support training to 100 youths in the District of Bosomtwe. Drawn from all communities in the District, the participants, who are mostly, school dropouts, teenage mothers and JHS or SHS graduates who are currently loitering about in our communities doing practically nothing profitable are expected to be trained in life changing skills in entrepreneurship, trade or vocation. The good news about the program is that all the participants will be assisted at the end of the 4 months training to pursue their dreams and aspirations in whatever area they so desire.

 The selection process of the participants started on April 6, 2021 and I am happy to report that the enthusiasm and the zeal of the youths towards this life changing opportunity was just amazing.

I realized that our youths who could have become wayward and misfits in society needed guidance, direction and leadership to transit from that arena into a life of usefulness.

SHE Achieve Afrika in partnership with Plan International Ghana, Women’s Voice and Leadership in Ghana and the Office of the Member of Parliament, Bosomtwe is providing the right kind of leadership that is needed at this time for the youths to find the right balance in society.

All of these are happening in Bosomtwe and together with other monumental projects yet to be unveiled, one can say without hesitation that these organizations are on course to changing lives, restoring hope and attracting the much needed infrastructure to the District. Indeed, the system is working in Bosomtwe.
